These terms govern your use of NextAll AI. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to be bound by them.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using NextAll AI, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Usage Rights & License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the platform for your personal or business needs, subject to these terms and your chosen plan limits.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Credit packs and subscriptions are billed based on the plan you select. Prices are displayed at checkout. Payments are processed by secure third-party providers, and invoices are available in your dashboard.

5. Refunds & Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds for credit packs are available within 14 days if the credits were not consumed, except where otherwise stated by law.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform, including attempting to breach security, reselling access without permission, or using the service in violation of our AI Usage Policy.

7. AI Output & Ownership

Content you generate remains yours to the extent permitted by law. You are responsible for how you use AI output, including compliance with applicable laws and third-party rights.

8. Intellectual Property

The platform, including its software, design, logos and documentation, is the property of NextAll AI and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute or reverse-engineer it except as permitted by law.

9. Third-Party Services

The platform may integrate with third-party AI providers and services. Their availability and terms are governed by those providers; we are not responsible for their services.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. AI output may contain errors or inaccuracies.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NextAll AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any damages exceeding the amounts you paid in the three months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms, non-payment, or conduct that harms the platform or other users. You may close your account at any time from settings.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the operator’s jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. We will announce material changes in advance.
