AI Usage Policy

This policy defines what is allowed when generating content with NextAll AI. We want you to build amazing things — responsibly.

1. Prohibited Content

Generating content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, harassing, or promotes violence, terrorism, or exploitation is strictly prohibited. This includes instructions for weapons, malware, or criminal activity.

2. Fairness & Non-Discrimination

The AI must not be used to generate hate speech or content that demeans or discriminates against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any protected characteristic.

3. Misinformation & Manipulation

The AI must not be used to create deceptive misinformation, deepfakes intended to deceive, or content designed to manipulate public opinion, elections, or financial markets.

4. Privacy & Personal Data

Do not generate content that exposes private personal data, including sensitive information about identifiable individuals, without their consent.

5. Copyright & Intellectual Property

Respect intellectual property rights. Do not use the AI to reproduce copyrighted works, or to bypass protections, in ways that infringe rights.

6. Security & Malicious Use

Do not use the platform to develop malware, phishing, exploits, or any technology intended to compromise systems, networks, or accounts.

7. Transparency

When AI-generated content could mislead a reader (for example in journalism or academic work), clearly disclose that it was produced with AI assistance.

8. Enforcement

Violations may result in warnings, suspension, or termination of accounts, and we may report serious violations to the relevant authorities. We review reported content promptly.

9. Reporting Violations

10. Appeals

If your content or account was actioned and you believe it was a mistake, contact support within 30 days and we will review the decision.
